This was the second mug I purchased from yourselves, I was making a hamper for my sister for the night before her wedding. I ordered the 1st mug a few weeks ago. It was lovely and I decided I would love another exactly the same so I could show the writing on one and the picture on the other in the hamper. Unfortunately when the second mug arrived the print was wonky, faint and no where near the same quality of the first mug i received. The picture on the front of the mug was very washed out with barely any colouring. I also noticed on the bottom of the first mug there was a blue stamp, but no markings at all on the second mug. The two mugs looked so different that they looked strange together. I was very disappointed as I thought these two mugs would be the perfect center pieces of my hamper but could only use one in the end.
Sorry to complain but I think it was such a lovely product and perfect for what I wanted but unfortunately after receiving the first mug and being so happy with it I was so disappointed when the second one arrived.
